The Court of Public or Popular Opinion

Being a Christian does not make one popular but it can take away the popularity you already have when you speak up for Christ and the Gospel.
It is  a sad world we live in now.
Witness what has happened to Israel Folau the Australian Rugby player for voicing his opinions by repeating scripture from the Holy Bible, that is fast becoming very unpopular with those who do not wish to face their God, or make Him Lord.
Christians in the days of Jesus, and today, are facing continual oppression from "the world" .
Bu we are reminded "we wrestle not with flesh and blood." 

Ephesians 6:12 King James Version (KJV)

¹² For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Please note when using this terminology I and fellow Christians are not singling out individuals, groups of individuals in fact no human beings whatsoever.

As Christians we do need to use the weapons God has given us.

Also from Ephesians 6
